My sister-in-law recently gave me a heap of items that she sewed for the baby. It's been wonderful to fill the empty drawers reserved for the baby with handmade receiving blankets and sleepers. Francine even made a nursing pillow for me and a pretty eyelet fabric sleep sac for the baby. I think she's got the sewing bug now and requested a small batch of tags with the idea of attaching them to more handmade goods planned for holiday gift-giving!
